基于模糊综合评价法的高校教师岗位胜任力研究

     

摘要

At present, university teacher competency research basically stays in the stage of qualitative research. This paper proposes to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for quantitative research. First, based on the review of previous research results, the university teachers' post competency characteristics system is built according to the principle of SMART. Second, combined with group decision-making and minimum deviation method, the index weight is determined. Finally, concrete examples are used for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of university teachers' post competency. The method proposed in this paper is scientific and reasonable, which has important reference value.%目前高校教师胜任力研究基本停留在定性阶段,本文提出应用模糊综合评价法来进行定量研究。首先,在回顾前人研究成果基础上,根据SMART原则构建高校教师岗位胜任力特征体系;其次,结合群决策和最小离差法共同确定指标权重;最后,运用具体算例对高校教师岗位胜任力进行模糊综合评价。本文提出的方法科学合理,具有重要的参考价值。
