如何有效提高高校人才培养质量

摘要

我国高校自扩招以来,在校生人数日益膨胀,高校人才培养质量面临着巨大压力,难以平衡规模与质量的冲突,从而使得我国高校人才培养质量成为研究热点.本文研究主要是审视我国高校人才培养质量保障的现状和问题,运用系统科学理论、管理理论等对完善高校本科人才培养质量保障提出对策,为我国高等教育的发展提供一定的参考.%Since the expansion of colleges and universities in China,the number of students is growing,the quality of personnel training is facing enormous pressure,which is difficult to balance the conflict between scale and quality,so that the talent training quality of higher education in China has become a research hotspot.This paper mainly examines the status quo and problems of training to ensure the quality of talents in colleges and universities in China,applies the systematic science theory,management theory to put forward measures for improving the undergraduate talent training quality assurance,and provides a reference for the development of higher education in China.
