OMMT/PES/BMI复合材料的介电性能

     

摘要

采用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)改性钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)获得有机蒙脱土(OMMT).以两种烯丙基化合物和双马来酰亚胺(BMI)作为基体,添加2 wt%聚醚砜(PES)和不同含量(2~8 wt%)的OMMT,制备OMMT/PES/BMI多相复合材料.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了Na-MMT改性前后红外特征峰和微观形貌的变化,结果表明其改性效果明显,将钠离子置换为OTAC有机阳离子,且OMMT片层结构清晰.介电性能测试结果表明:随着OMMT含量的增加,材料的介电常数和介质损耗角正切呈现先增加后下降的趋势,当OMMT含量为4 wt%时,两者达到最小,100 Hz下分别为3.49和0.0026.体积电阻率和击穿场强在此时也达到最大,分别为19.98×1015?·m和26.07 kV/mm,与未添加OMMT的样品相比,分别提高了102.4%和38%.%The organic montmorillonite (OMMT) was obtained by using octadearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (OTAC) modified sodium montmorillonite (Na-MMT). The allyl compound and bismaleimide (BMI) as the substrate, 2 wt% of polyethersulfone (PES) and different contents (2-8 wt%) of OMMT were added into matrix to prepared OMMT/PES/BMI multiphase composites. The changes of infrared characteristic and microstructure of Na-MMT were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the modification effect was obvious, and the sodium ion was replaced by OTAC organic cation, moreover lamellar structure of OMMT was clear. Dielectric properties test showed that the dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of the material display the trend of increased first and then decreased with the increase of mass fraction of OMMT, which reached the minimum of 3.49 and 0.0026 at 100 Hz, respectively. The volume resistivity and breakdown strength at this point were also reached the maximum, which was 19.98×1015?·m and 26.07 kV/mm, respectively, that increased by 102.4% and 38% compared to samples without OMMT.
