OMMT对PE-HD/CB导电复合材料电性能的影响

     

摘要

以炭黑(CB)为导电填料,高密度聚乙烯(PE–HD)为基体,有机蒙脱土(OMMT)为有机粒子,通过熔融共混法分别制备了PE–HD/CB与PE–HD/CB/OMMT导电复合材料,并研究了OMMT的加入对导电复合材料中CB分布的均一性及材料电性能的影响.研究发现,适当OMMT的加入可以改善CB在导电复合材料中的分布状态,在保持电性能的基础上降低导电复合材料的渗流阈值;当OMMT质量分数为3%时,PE–HD/CB/OMMT导电复合材料的渗流阈值为3.7%,与未添加OMMT的PE–HD/CB导电复合材料渗流阈值4.0%相比有所降低.在此基础上,选取PE–HD/CB导电复合材料(CB质量分数为5%)并测定其PTC强度为0.26;后加入质量分数为3%的OMMT,测得PE–HD/CB/OMMT导电复合材料(CB质量分数为5%)的PTC强度为0.79,后者有所提高.%Conductive composites based on high density polyethylene (PE–HD) and carbon black (CB) conductive fillers were prepared with melt blending. Organic montmorillonite (OMMT) organic particles were added as second filler to study their effect on despersion uniformity of CB and electrical properties of the composites. It is found that by adding OMMT moderately,the despersion uniformity is improved and the percolation threshold is reduced with keeping electrical properties. When the mass fraction of OMMT is 3%,the percolation threshold of PE–HD/CB/OMMT conductive composite is 3.7%,which is lower than 4.0%,the percolation threshold of PE–HD/CB conductive composite without adding organic particles. On this basis,the intensity of PTC of PE–HD/CB conductive composite (the mass fraction of CB is 5%) and PE–HD/CB/OMMT conductive composite (the mass fractions of CB and OMMT are 3% and 5% respectively) are 0.26 and 0.79 respectively.
