京张铁路(60+100+60)m连续箱梁上跨大秦铁路,采用墩顶转体的方法.为保证转体时受力可靠传递,梁部0号块截面的腹板、底板尺寸均有所增加;考虑到转动体系布置,墩顶参数也相应增大.结合工程实际,介绍了转动体系的支撑、牵引和平衡系统的结构、设计及操作.墩顶转体顺利实施,实践证明墩顶转体具有减少转体重量、降低工程难度及造价、缩短工期等优势.%As the Continuous Box Girder Bridge(60+100+60m)of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway has to over-cross the DatongQinhuangdao Freight Railway, it is built by the pier-top rotation construction method. In order to ensure the reliable force transference in the rotation process, all the sizes of the web slabs of Section 0of the girder body and the flooring slabs are somewhat increased. In addition, considering the layout of the swing system, the parameters of the pier top are also increased accordingly. With the project as a practical example, introduced in the present paper are the support of the rotation system, the structures of the traction and the balancing systems, and their design and operations;the pier-top rotation construction is smoothly implemented, which shows that the construction method has several advantages, such as reducing the weight of the rotation system, lowering both the difficulty of the construction and the cost of the project, and shortening the construction duration.
