PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic beam for pier construction for safely and quickly installing the beam between supports of a pier, facilitating quality control, making it environment-friendly and contributing to resource protection and to provide a construction method of the pier.;SOLUTION: The telescopic beam comprises a plurality of tie rods in which the telescopic beams connected between the supports of the pier are mutually arranged in parallel and which can be extended longitudinally, and press materials provided to be crossed without being mutually joined so as to connect one end of one tie rod to the other end of the other tie rod and one end of the other tie rod to the other end of one tie rod between the two mutually adjacent tie rods respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
