This paper constructs the index system of tourist satisfaction on tourism resources taking 20 tourist resources of North Anhui as the research object.This system includes 20 indexes.The author gets data by random sampling.Based on exploratory factor analysis and principal component regression analysis,by using importance-performance perception model,this case study reveals the perception of satisfaction on tourism resources of North Anhui.The study extracts 4 common factors,namely,tourism resources environment,characteristics of tourism resources,tourism resources development and tourism service by factor analysis. Regression analysis results show that the most significant factor is the development of tourism resources,tourism resources and the tourism resources characteristics are in the second row,while the tourism service is in the last.%文章以皖北地区20处旅游资源为研究对象,构建了包含20个测度指标的旅游资源游客满意度指标体系。通过随机抽样调查获取游客满意度数据,在探索性因素分析和主成分回归分析的基础上,利用“重要性-绩效”感知模型,揭示皖北旅游资源游客满意度感知现状。因素分析抽取旅游资源环境、旅游资源特质、旅游资源开发、旅游服务等4个共同因素。回归分析结果表明,对旅游资源满意度影响最显著的因素是旅游资源开发,其次为旅游资源环境、旅游资源特质,旅游服务排在最后。
