内毒素对睾丸功能影响的研究进展

摘要

It is well known that infection in reproductive tract,inflammation and other diseases inhibit male fertility,yet it is unclearly known that how systematic inflammation and disease cause male infertility.Endotoxin is a potent inflammatory activator,induces infection, inflammation, endotoximia,septic shock,and multiple organs damages. Although endotoxin is widely used for studying inflammation in other systems,it is known a little about its effect on inflammatory disease in genital tract system.Thereby it is benefical to understand profoundly the influence of endotoxin inducing disease on male fertility function by clarifying the effects of endotoxin on testicular function.So the structure and biofunction of endotoxin,the effects of endotoxin on testicular germ cell,Sertoli cell,Leydig cell function are reviewed in this work.%　　众所周知生殖道感染、炎症和其他疾病可抑制雄性生殖功能，但对系统性炎症和疾病引起男性不育的具体机制却所知甚少。内毒素是一种高效炎症激活物，可诱导炎症感染、内毒素血症、败血症休克及多组织器官损伤等，虽然内毒素广泛用于其他系统的炎症研究，但对其在生殖系统炎症的研究较少，因而深入了解内毒素对睾丸功能的影响，有助于进一步理解内毒素所致疾病对雄性生殖功能的影响。本文就内毒素的结构和生物学功能及其对睾丸生精细胞、Sertoli细胞和Leydig细胞功能的影响进行了相关研究。
