This testicular function improving agent includes microparticles derived from a culture supernatant of dental pulp-derived stem cells, adipose-derived stem cells, or immortalized stem cells of these two, and the testicular function improvement is: an improvement in the ability of the testicles themselves to form sperm, an improvement in the function of the sperm itself obtained from the testicles, and an improvement in the function of the sperm obtained from the testicles in relation to the effect thereof on a female, as well as rejuvenating these functions when they have decayed due to old age; or sperm activation via addition to semen that has been extracted outside the body of an animal. The testicular function improving agent markedly improves the testicular function of an animal.
