Learning motivation and learning strategy are the key factors of language learning. Motivation is the direct cause of pushing, guiding and strengthening the learners' learning motivation; Learning strategies are an important variable of learning outcome and efficiency. In this article, we make a deep research and analysis on the current situations of learning motivation, learning interest, leaming objectives which form the driving force of English learning of senior high school students and on the current situations of the six learning strategies (memory strategies, cognitive strategies, compensation strategies, metacognitive strategies, affective strategies and social strategies). The questionnaire on learning motivation and learning strategies is surveyed and interviewed in senior high school students. Then we make suggestions on stimulating the English learning motivation of high school students, guiding the students to form the scientific and effective learning strategies.%学习动机和学习策略是影响语言学习者学习成败的关键性因素,学习动机是直接推动、导向和强化学习者学习的动因;学习策略是影响学习效果和效率的重要变量。本文通过对高中生关于学习动机和学习策略的问卷调查和访谈,对形成高中生英语学习驱动力的学习动机、学习兴趣、学习目标以及记忆策略、认知策略、补偿策略、元认知策略、情感策略、社交策略六项学习策略的现状进行深入分析研究,提出了激发高中生英语学习动机、引导学生形成科学有效的学习策略的建议。
