高效液相色谱法在二元酸分析中的应用

摘要

The mixture of succinic acid, glutaric acid and adipic acid was analyzed by HPLC method which em- ployed Waters-ODS chromatographic column, 4 x 150 mm chromatographic column, UV detector and H3PO4- KH2PO5 buffer with 20% （v/v） methanol as mobile phase. Compared with GC method, this method has several ad- vantages, such as no need for sample pretreatment, simple manipulation and time-saving analysis.%用高效液相色谱法分析丁二酸、戊二酸和己二酸的混合物,分析采用Waters-ODS色谱柱、4×150 mm色谱柱、紫外检测器,用含甲醇20%（V/V）的磷酸-磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液为流动相。该方法与气相色谱法相比,具有样品不需预处理、操作简单、分析速度快等优点。
