ZnS/PAA纳米复合材料的制备及发光性能研究

         

摘要

ZnS/PAA inorganic/polymer nanocomposite was successfully synthesized with simple chemical rea-gent . The ZnCl2 and Na2S as Zn2+ and S2- ion sources and acrylic acid (AA) and 2,2′-Azobisisobutyronitrile ( AIBN) were employed as organic monomers and initiating reagents, respectively. XRD, TEM, SEM, UV-vis and PL were used to characterize the structure and morphology of ZnS nanoparticles. The influence of the mass of organ-ic monomers, reaction temperature and time on luminescent performance was researched. The results showed that the reaction temperature, reaction time and the amount of monomer had an effect on the luminescent properties of ZnS/PAA nanocomposites. The optimum experimental conditions for the synthesis of ZnS/PAA:the volume of AA was 4 mL, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, and the reaction time was 4 h.%以氯化锌、硫化钠及丙烯酸( AA)为原料,偶氮二异丁氰( AIBN)为引发剂,采用原位一步法合成制备ZnS/PAA纳米复合材料。利用X-射线衍射仪( XRD)、扫描电子显微镜( SEM)、透射电子显微镜( TEM)、红外光谱仪( IR)、紫外-可见光谱仪( UV-Vis)、荧光光谱( PL)研究了ZnS/PAA的结构、形貌组成,并研究了反应时间、反应温度及有机单体用量对目标产物发光性能的影响。结果表明,反应温度、反应时间以及单体的量都对ZnS/PAA纳米复合材料的发光性能有影响。合成ZnS/PAA的最佳试验条件:单体AA的体积用量4 mL,反应温度50℃,反应时间4 h,此时ZnS/PAA纳米复合材料有最优的发光性能。
