ZnS-TiO2与ZnS-TiO2/RGO光催化纳米复合材料的制备及其可见光降解性能研究

     

摘要

采用氧化石墨烯(GO)前驱体,利用一步溶剂热法分别合成了ZnS-TiO2(ZT)和ZnS-TiO2/RGO(ZTR)三元纳米复合材料,对比研究了ZnS-TiO2(ZT)和ZnS-TiO2/RGO(ZTR)可见光降解性能,分析了GO 含量对复合材料光催化性能的影响.通过XRD、SEM、Raman和PL对样品的的物相、形貌、微观结构和光谱特性进行了表征.以亚甲基蓝溶液(MB)1为目标降解物研究了在可见光下样品的光催化性能.研究结果表明,三元复合材料中ZnS和TiO2粒子紧密接触分布在GO片层上,直径大约为25nm, ZnS和TiO2物相结构分别是立体闪锌矿和锐钛矿型结构.石墨烯含量对 ZnS-TiO2 (ZT)光催化活性有一定影响,当使用5mg的GO前驱体时,可见光下三元复合材料在120min之内对MB的降解率达到90%,过多的石墨烯含量会引起团聚,反而会降低光降解效果.%ZnS-TiO2(ZT) and ZnS-TiO2/RGO (ZTR) ternary nanocomposites were syn-thesized by one-pot solvothermal method using graphene oxide (GO) as a precursor,the photocatalytic activity of the composites under visible light was compared,and the effect of GO content on the photocatalytic activity of the composites was investigated.The phases, morphologies,microstructures and spectral characteristics of the nanocomposites were char-acterized by XRD,SEM,Raman and PL,respectively.The photocatalytic properties of the composites were examined by the degradation of methylene blue (MB) in water solution under visible light.The results showed that ZnS and TiO2particles,about 25 nm in diame-ter,contacted and distributed uniformly on the GO sheets.The phases of ZnS and TiO2in the ternary composites showed structures of the cubic sphalerite and the anatase,respective-ly.The content of GO had a certain effect on the photocatalytic activity and the photodegra-dation rate of MB under visible light irradiation,and the photodegradation rate reached 90% after 120 minutes for the composites with GO content of 5mg.The effect of photodegrada-tion is decreased with more GO content due to the agglomeration of GO in the MB water so-lution.
