压电作动器在柔性环形天线结构振动主动控制中的应用

     

摘要

航天技术中很重要的一项课题就是大型化高精度星载天线结构的研究开发,而大型柔性环形天线则是当前星载天线结构研究中的一个重点研究对象,它具有尺寸大、柔性大、刚度低、重量轻、阻尼弱、固有频率低等特点。随着天线口径的增大,其低阶频率会进入星体调姿频段,这将会导致星体调姿过程中发生低频、大幅度、长时间的星线耦合振动,影响天线的精度和卫星星体的调姿过程。所以必须对星线耦合振动响应的抑制问题进行研究。传统的增强刚度的设计对于星线耦合振动响应的抑制已不能满足要求,传统的振动被动控制方式也因为控制能力的限制而难以胜任。本文以某星载大型柔性环形天线的振动主动控制为背景,将一种新型压电作动器应用于柔性环形天线结构的振动主动控制,并对此进行了探讨和试验验证。%One of the important space technology researches is the study of large-diameter high-precision satellite antenna structure, and the large loop satellite antenna is one of the key studies of the large-diameter high-precision satellite antenna structure. The large loop satellite antenna has the characteristics of large-size, big-flexible, low-stiffness, light-weight, weak-damping and low-natural frequency. With the increasing of antenna diameter, the low-order frequency of the large loop satellite antenna will located in the frequency range of satellite attitude adjustment, then the low-frequency, large-amplitude and long-time coupled vibration will be occurred during the adjustment process, it will affect the accuracy of the antenna and the process of orbital transfer. So we have to study the method to suppress the coupling vibration happening during the satellite attitude adjustment. Because of the limitation of spacecraft launch load, traditional methods such as design of enhancing the stiffness of satellite and antenna can’t meet the requirements. The control capacity of traditional passive vibration control can’t meet the requirements, either. On the background mentioned above, this paper studied active control of vibration of flexible loop antenna structure using a new PZT actuators, and performed further discussions and experiment study for them.
