山西高校社会体育专业毕业生就业状况调查

摘要

Using investigating,literature,analysis and logic method,the authors studied the employment situation of 714 social sports graduates in Shanxi province.Main results indicate: The total employment rate of social sports major graduates is satisfying,but the employment rate in the social sports field is significantly lower than the national average level.The order of departments that graduates from serving is enterprise,school and sports enterprise.Constrained by the level of economic and social development,the job markets for social sports major graduates of some universities in Shanxi have not fully developed.Besides,the positioning of educational objectives does not tally with the social needs,and students' employment misconceptions caused the circumstance.Suggestion: Shanxi province should control social sports specialty dots and enrollment scale appropriately;colleges and universities should keep abreast of talent demand information,Strengthen the teaching reform so that graduates' knowledge and ability structure is able to meet the needs of society;establish more applied courses,expand the rate of the elective causes,cultivate multi-skill generalists have better capabilities to get jobs and adapt to the society;and enhance the employment guidance.And government departments should take into account the actual needs of fitness,establishing professional sports job posts in streets and communities to create nice work environment for social sports specialty graduates.%本研究对山西省高校近五届共714名社会体育专业毕业生的就业状况进行了研究。结果表明：山西高校社会体育专业毕业生的整体就业率较为理想,但是在社会体育领域中就业的比例明显低于全国的平均水平。毕业生就业较多的部门依次为企事业单位、学校、体育经营场所。受现有经济和社会发展水平的制约,山西社会体育专业毕业生的就业市场还没有充分培育起来。建议山西省要适度控制社会体育专业点的增长速度和招生规模;高校要及时了解人才需求信息、加大教学改革力度以提高社会体育专业毕业生的就业竞争力并加强就业指导工作。此外,政府决策部门也要考虑全民健身工作的实际需求,在街道、社区增设体育专职工作岗位,同时也能够为社会体育专业毕业生营造良好的就业环境。
