The graduates' employment status and vocational development relate to the development direction and trend of specialized subject. In order to advance the sustainable development of martial arts and national traditional sports specialized subject, with the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the paper has a survey on the graduates' employment status of Martial Arts and National Traditional Sports in northern colleges of physical education from 2007 to 2013. The results show that the proportion of graduate employment is low, the proportion of employment in school is high, the most are busy with non-sports work. There are 35.1% graduates who have changed jobs with low proportion of being engaged in work related to their specialty, which results in more than half of graduates to get an increased wages. The welfare, occupational planning and working condition is the main causes of their changing jobs. It follows that the specialized subject of martial arts and national traditional sports should be diversiifed to enhance the subject construction and curriculum reform into better foundation for fully improving the undergraduates' comprehensive quality.%毕业生的就业状况以及职业发展关乎专业发展方向和趋势。为了推进武术与民族传统体育专业的可持续性发展，采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、数理统计法，调查了2007~2013届北方体育院校武术与民族传统体育专业毕业生的一次就业状况，以及职业发展情况。结果显示，该专业毕业生毕业即就业的比例较低；一次就业地点仍以大中城市为主；进入学校工作的比例最高；并且大多从事非体育专业工作。其中，35.1%武术与民族传统体育专业毕业生曾经发生过工作变动；工作变动后，从事与本专业相关的工作比例仍然较低；在薪金方面，半数以上的的毕业生工资有所提高；而福利待遇、职业规划与工作环境是武术与民族传统体育专业毕业生调动工作的主要原因。由此可见，武术与民族传统体育专业应设立多元化的培养方向，加强学科建设和课程体系改革，为全面提高学生的综合素养奠定学科专业基础。
