光释光法快速筛查辐照方便食品香辛料及脱水蔬菜

摘要

In this paper, photo-stimulated luminescence analysis for irradiated food was briefly introduced and applied to the screening of a series of spices and dried vegetables of instant foods. The results showed that all marked and unmarked irradiated dried vegetables could be identified correctly, and all marked and unmarked spices could be also identified, with one exception of unmarked spice which was intermediate and need further analysis. Thus PSL could conveniently screen the irradiated spices and dried vegetables of instant foods.%本文重点介绍了光释光(PSL)辐照食品快速筛查系统,并用PSL法对多种方便食品香辛料和脱水蔬菜的进行辐照筛查.结果表明:所有标注或未标注辐照的脱水蔬菜均能够正确识别,除一个未标注辐照的香辛料为可疑需要进一步检测外,所有标注或未标注辐照的香辛科也均能够得到识别.因此,PSL方法能够简便的用于方便食品辐照香辛料和脱水蔬菜的快速筛查.
