城市中央商务区高强度开发的规划指标特征分析--以深圳福田中心区为例

文章从总体、街坊、地块三个不同的规模层级统计分析了深圳市福田中心区高强度开发的规划指标，总结了高强度开发的指标特征和支撑条件，并对高强度开发需要进一步深入研究的问题提出了建议。%The article analyzes the planning index of high-intensity development of Shenzhen Futian CBD from three scales-- the district, the neighborhood and the block, summarizing the characteristics of the index and the supporting conditions of high-intensity development, and proposing the suggestions for the further study.
