中国医药企业与跨国公司合作战略的研讨

摘要

This paper reviews the reform history of Shanghai pharmaceutical industry leveraging on foreign investment and cooperation between domestic and foreign market players, analyzes the historic development and trends of China’s national policy and international market trends and evolution of multinational strategies, discusses the experiences and lessons of Chinese enterprises in the cooperation with foreign partners, and proposes some trend thinking and suggestions–Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises should finally establish their reputation and operation ability in the international market by building long term cooperation with mutual trust and benefits, exploring different cooperation structures, continuing learning and improvement.%　　回顾改革开放以来上海医药产业利用外资和中外合作的历史，比较了不同时期国家政策和国际市场的变化和跨国战略的演变，讨论了中国企业对外合作发展上的经验和教训，提出了一些趋势思考和建议，即通过长期合作、互信互利、多种模式、学习提升、借船出海，最终形成中国医药企业自身在国际市场的信誉和经营能力。
