To provide a seminar distribution system, a terminal device, a seminar distribution method, and a seminar distribution program which improve usability in reproduction of video data.SOLUTION: A lecturer terminal 30 transmits video data on a seminar. A distribution server 20 performs real-time distribution of the video data to a student terminal 40. The student terminal 40 sets a chapter as a time stamp at the time of reception and reproduction of the video data. Information on the set chapter is managed by a web server 10, and thereafter, in non real-time distribution, the student terminal 40 uses the chapter information managed by the web server 10 to start reproduction of the video data in accordance with the reproduction timing included in the chapter information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
