茶油脂肪酸组成分析

摘要

分析了云南省和河南省油茶籽的含油量和脂肪酸组成,以探讨不同气候和地区茶油品质,为茶油的开发利用和分析检测提供参考数据。在茶油脂肪酸组成分析过程中发现两地的茶油中均含有棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生烯酸（顺11-二十碳一烯酸）,而目前的文献中很少有关于茶油中含有花生烯酸的报道。%The study of the fatty acid composition of the oleiferal seed oil is conducted for the purpose of find out the quality of oil from the oleifera seed coming from Yunnan province and Henan province.The analysis result showed that the oil from both provinces contains palmitic,stearic,oleic,linoleic,linolenic,and cis-11-eicosenoic which had been few report in literature.
