基于错误管理培训的知识型员工柔性培训研究

     

摘要

知识型员工是企业的核心竞争力的来源,培训和开发知识型员工对提升企业的竞争力有重要意义.但传统培训很难调动知识型员工学习的积极性,更谈不上为企业赢得长足的竞争力,因此使知识型员工培训更具柔性化互关重要.将错误管理培训运用于现代企业知识型员工培训中,形成一套柔性的培训体系,旨在从根本上提高培训效果,使培训真正成为提高企业整体绩效的有效途径.%Knowledge workers are the source of enterprise's core competitive ability, training and developing the knowledgeable workers have important meaning to promote enterprise's competitiveness. But it is difficult to enhance the study enthusiasm of employees through the traditional training. Needless to say to mention to win considerable competitive for enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to possess more flexibility in the process of staff training. This paper will apply the Error Management Training in modem enterprise staff training aiming at forming a set of flexible training system, in order to let the training become a effective way to promote the overall performance of enterprise.
