PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a convenience for users using a training instrument.SOLUTION: A training management system 1 includes a training management server 2, a transmitter 3 carried by a user U, and a training instrument control apparatus 4 associated to a training instrument 5. The training instrument control apparatus 4 identifies information indicating a channel of the transmitter 3 and sends information indicating identification information of the training instrument 5 and the information indicating the channel of the transmitter 3 to the training management server 2.
