知识以及创造和应用知识的能力是企业持续竞争力的最重要源泉.基于超循环理论研究企业的知识创造活动,分析了企业知识创造超循环的反应循环、催化循环和超循环结构,并探讨了企业知识创造的超循环特性,为揭示企业知识创造的原理和过程,构造自组织的知识创造环境提供了一个崭新视角.%Knowledge and the ability of creating and applying knowledge are the vital sources of sustainable competitiveness. Basied on the hypercycle theory, the article studied the knowledge creation process activities of enterprises, and analyzed the structure of reaction cycle and catalytic cycle and hypercycle in the hypercycle of knowledge creation. We also discussed the features of hypercycle for knowledge creation, providing a new perception for the mechanism and process of knowledge creation as well as to build the serf- organized environment for knowledge creation.
