产业升级背景下的现代物流人才开发研究——以浙江省为例

         

摘要

Under the background of the logistics industrial upgrading in Zhejiang, the enterprises not only make more and more high demands on the overall culture quality of logistics practitioners, but also need a large number of high quali-ty talents with high skills and good occupation ethics, who are familiar with one background of these fields: the port, the professional market, the industry clusters or express delivery. Enterprises especially need to introduce or train the senior logistics talents with rich logistics experience and global strategic vision. However, the current logistics talent supply can hardly meet the needs of logistics industry to upgrade. For the establishment of modem logistics talents to adapt to ihe in-dustrial upgrading needs, Zhejiang should consider the needs of local economic development and the characteristics of re-gional logistics development, clear the talent development target, design the development contents, expand the develop-ment way, perfect the measures of introducing, cultivating and training modem logistics talents, standardize the logistics occupation qualification system, increase the talent development investment, and create a favorable policy environment for the modem logistics talent employment.%在浙江物流产业升级的背景下,企业不仅对物流从业人员整体文化素质要求越来越高,而且需要大批熟悉港口、专业市场、产业集群或快递配送等某一领域背景,具有良好职业道德的高素质高技能人才,尤其是急需引进或培养具有丰富物流从业经验和全球战略眼光的高级物流人才,然而,当前浙江物流人才供给远不能满足物流产业升级的需要.为建立适应物流产业升级需求的现代物流人才队伍,浙江要结合地方经济发展需要和区域物流发展特色,明确人才开发目标,设计开发内容,拓展开发途径,完善现代物流人才引进、培养及培训措施,规范物流职业资格准入制度,加大人才开发资金投入,并为现代物流人才创业就业创造良好的政策环境.
