Because the current studies on the consequences variable of job embeddedness have focused on the individual level, not the organizational level , this paper takes the mid -high-end talents as the research object , and explores the effect of job embeddedness to the individual and organization level.Empirical research methods are used with data collected through 586 questionnaires.The findings of hierarchical regression and canonical correlation analysis have significant posi -tive effects on organizational stability and efficiency , individual co -operational behavior and professional efficiency and significant negative effects on individual turn -over intention.%鉴于工作嵌入已有的后果变量研究都集中在个体层面,没有涉及到组织层面,因此,旨在探讨成就动机较高的中高端人才的工作嵌入对其职业效能、离职意愿和合作行为的影响,进一步探讨其对组织稳定性和组织绩效产生的影响。研究采用问卷调查的方法,共收集了586份有效样本,采用回归分析和典型相关分析方法。实证结果发现:中高端人才的工作嵌入对其职业效能、合作行为和组织稳定、组织绩效具有正向的影响作用,对其离职意愿有负向的影响作用。
