长三角地区服务业生产率变动的测度研究--基于2003-2011年的数据

摘要

Based on DEA-Malmquist index method,the paper measures the total factor productivity (TFP)index of serv-ice industry in the Yangtze River Delta region and Shanghai City. The results shows that:growth rate of service industry output is highly correlated to TFP index;TFP index yearly average from 2003 to 201 1 is 0.997,while the number in Shang-hai is 1.023,higher than the previous figure;the growth trend of the service industry in Yangtze River Delta region is slo-wer;technology advancement is a key factor to the increase of TFP index in the service industry. The industry structure in Yangtze River Delta region gradually transforms to service economy. In such a process,to increase its productivity and keep a steady healthy development,we should rely on technology advancement and entrepreneurs’innovation.%基于DEA-Malmquist指数法测度研究长江三角洲和上海市服务业全要素生产率（TFP）指数及其增长来源。研究结果表明：长三角地区服务业产出增长率与TFP指数高度正相关，2003-2011年长三角地区服务业TFP指数均值为0.997，而上海市相应指标值为1.023，高于长三角的数值；长三角地区服务业增长趋缓；提升服务业TFP的主要动力是技术进步。长三角地区产业发展逐渐向服务领域转型，应依赖技术创新，鼓励企业研发，促进服务业的长期健康稳定发展。
