真姬菇菌丝体液体发酵富锌条件的优化

     

摘要

通过液体发酵技术对真姬菇菌丝体富锌条件进行了优化.结果表明:真姬菇菌丝体具有较强的耐锌能力和富锌能力,在300~700mg/L的锌浓度范围内都可以生长.菌丝体对锌的最适富集浓度为400mg/L,并且对富集的锌有机化程度较高.真姬菇菌丝体最优富锌条件为:在发酵温度28℃,起始pH 6,振荡转速150r/min,250mL三角瓶装液50mL,接种量5%(V:V)时培养6d,真姬菇菌丝体富锌率为最高,可达7.98%,且该组的有机锌的富集率为4.90%.%The mycelium liquid fermentation conditions of Zinc-riching of Hypsizigus marmoreus were studied.The results showed that Hypsizigus marmoreus mycelium had the capacities of Zn-resisting and Zn-accumulating.The strain could grow in the medium with Zinc concentration from 300mg/L to 700mg/L.When Zinc added to the liquid medium was 400mg/L,the mycelium had the most Zinc absorbance and better Zinc organic.The optimum Zincriching liquid fermentation conditions were as following: fermentation temperature 28℃, pH 6, stirring speed 150r/min,250mL shake flash containing 50mL, inoculation size 5% (V∶V)for 6d.Under the conditions, the ratio of Zn -accumulation reached a maximum of 7.98% ,the degree of this group Zinc organic was 4.90%.
