发酵玉米黄浆水与废糖蜜生产单细胞蛋白的菌种生长特性研究

     

摘要

The crude protein, non- protein nitrogen, total sugar, reducing sugar, phosphorus, moisture, crude ash,lutein,elemental of the Yellow Slurry Water and molasses in the trash of the corn after extracting crystal sugar were analyzed. And then, selected Candida utilis, Geotrichum candidum and Candida tropicalis, three kinds of industrial yeast, as the strains fermented the mixture of yellow slurry water and molasses for single-cell-protein by shaking flask ,the growth characteristics of three types of yeast was studied. And the best strain combination for production was screened. The results showed that the dry mass of the single-cell-protein can reach 5.87g, and the protein can reach 1.78g/100mL, when it was fermented by equivalent Geotrichum candidum and Candida tropicalis.%通过对玉米提取结晶糖后的黄浆水与糖蜜中粗蛋白、非蛋白氮、总糖、还原糖、磷、水分、粗灰分、叶黄素、矿物质元素成分的分析,选择产朊假丝酵母(Candida utilis)、白地霉(Geotrichum candidum)和热带假丝酵母(Candidatropicalis)3种常见的工业酵母菌,通过对黄浆水与糖蜜混合液摇瓶发酵生产单细胞蛋白,研究三种酵母的生长特性,并筛选最佳的发酵菌种的组合.结果表明,当白地霉与热带假丝酵母两菌种等量混合发酵时,所得的单细胞蛋白干物质重量最大为5.87g,其中蛋白含量高达1.78g/100mL.
