甲醇钠催化地沟油制备生物柴油研究

     

摘要

The process for the transesterification of high-acidity waste cooking oil catalyzed by conc. H2SO4 was studied firstly. The optimal conditions were found to be reaction time of 5h,reaction temperature of 60 ℃,the dosage of cone. H2SO4 1. 1%,molar ratio of methanol to oil 9:1. Sodium meth-oxide was used as catalyst in preparing biodiesel in the research. Reaction time,reaction temperature, the dosage of sodium methoxide,and ratio of methanol to oil were chosen as four important factors affecting the biodiesel yield. The optimal conditions were obtained after reaction at 65 ℃ for 2 h when 0. 8% sodium methoxide and 7:1 mole ratio of methanol to waste oil were used. The biodiesel obtained may reach the ASTM standards with low cost and simpler technology.%以浓硫酸为催化剂,高酸值地沟油与甲醇酯化反应降酸的最优工艺条件为:n(甲醇):n(地沟油)=9:1,m(浓硫酸):m(地沟油)=1.1%,反应温度60℃,反应时间5h.制备生物柴油的最优工艺条件为:以甲醇钠为催化剂,反应时间2h,反应温度65℃,n(甲醇):n(地沟油)=7:1,m(甲醇钠):m(地沟油)=0.8%.制备的生物柴油达到ASTM标准,具有成本低、工艺简单等特点.
