植物油中苯并(a)芘测定前处理方法的改进

             

摘要

A new method for determining benzo (a) pyrene in vegetable oil by high -performance liquid chromatography with liquid -liquid extraction as pre -process was researched. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, separated by reversed phase column C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm × 250 mm i d) , the mobile phase acetonitrile- water(88: 12) with velocity of flow 1.0 mL/min, excitation wavelength 384 nm, emission wavelength 406 nm, column temperature 30 ℃ and the injection volume 10 μL. The detection limit was 0.5 μg/kg, recoveries 95.1% - 100.6 % , and the relative standard deviation (RSD) 1.78% -2.15%. This method has advantages of simple pre -process, stable operation, low consumption of reagents, short analysis time ( one sample treatment within twenty five minutes) and is suitable for the quantitative and qualitative determination of benzo (a) pyrene in vegetable oil.%采用液—液萃取的前处理方法,建立了植物油中苯并(a)芘残留的高效液相测定方法。方法经乙腈提取,以C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm i d)反相色谱柱分离,流动相为乙腈+水(88∶12),流速1.0 mL/min,激发波长384 nm,发射波长406 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。方法的检出限为0.5μg/kg,加标回收率95.1%~100.6%,相对标准偏差为1.78%~2.15%。方法具有样品前处理简单,操作稳定,试剂消耗少,分析时间短(油样处理约25 min/个)等优点,适用于植物油中苯并(a)芘残留的快速定性定量分析。
