对排球课教学内容和教学法的研究

摘要

Volleyball sport has been developed for one hundred years,and it is also widely popular among the masses of the people as an event in the Olympics.Besides,volleyball teaching is an important teaching project in college sports teaching,and it plays an important role in promoting college students' physical health and improving their physical fitness and sports skills.This paper studies the teaching content and method of volleyball course,hoping that it will help the majority of educators.%排球运动问世至今已有一百多年的历史了,作为奥运会比赛项目,它在人民群众间也广泛地流行。而排球教学是高校体育教学中的重要教学项目,在促进大学生身体健康和提高身体素质运动技能方面扮演着重要的角色。文章通过对排球课的教学内容和教学法研究,希望对广大从事排球运动的教育工作者有所帮助。
