网络教育对小学教师再教育的影响

目前,有一种新型的教育方式——现代远程教育,正在影响着小学教师的再教育,给他们提供了再教育的更多机会。本文从网络学院的继续教育入手,分析了现代远程教育的特色,重点论述了这种形式对教师再教育的影响。%At present,there is a kind of new education mode,modern distance education,affecting primary school teachers' further education,and it has provided them with more opportunities of reeducation.Starting from further education in network college,this paper analyzes the characteristics of modern distance education,and focuses on the influence of this form on teachers' reeducation.
