摘要

Based on the analysis of the data collected by "National Primary and Secondary Educational ICT Usage Survey-Questionnaire for Teachers", this paper proposes the assumption of teachers' workload affecting teachers' utilization of information and communication technology, and describes different types of primary and secondary school teachers in workload and ICT usage by cluster analysis method. It is found that workload of teachers has an important impact on their use frequency and scenarios of ICT tools, especially the grades, disciplines, and teachers' attitudes work as mediator variables. The above findings have great practical value for providing teachers with targeted and personalized information and communication technology training and related environmental supports on teachers' practice of blended learning.
