Many students can't study English well because of their non-intellectual factors.By means of arousing interest and motivation of students with learning difficulties in English,improving confidence,forming tough characters,cooperating with others,forming harmonious relationships with teachers,and so on, this paper aims to enhance the students' English proficiency.And in order to optimize English teaching,teachers should implement various teaching methodologies,according to students' different learning styles.%很多英语学得不好的学生是因为非智力因素没有得到很好的发展。本文提出以通过激发学困生的学习兴趣与动机,使学困生树立较强的自信心,形成克服困难的意志,乐于与他人合作,形成融洽的师生关系等几个方面,来促进高中学困生的英语水平,并根据不同的学习风格来实施多样化教学,达到优化英语教学的目的。
