构建以校办企业为重要依托的应用型人才培养新模式研究

摘要

将校办企业建设成为高校应用型人才培养模式的重要依托意义重大,优势明显。以校办企业为重要依托的应用型人才培养新模式应包括教学机制、资源机制、转换机制、调控机制、反馈机制五个相互结合与互动的有机组成部分。高校可以从确立指导思想、明确发展定位、健全组织机构、完善机构职责、保障运行与实施、做好监控与归档、强化制度与考核七个方面着手建立以校办企业为重要依托的应用型人才培养新模式的实施方案。%University-run enterprises have obvious advantages in training and cultivating the applied talent,which makes them the significant backing of college talent cultivation.Building the new talent cultivation model involves combination and interaction of the five mechanisms—teaching,resource,transformation,regulation and feedback.The paper elaborates on the implementation plan of the new model from the following seven aspects:establishing guiding ideology,clarifying development position,optimizing mechanism and organization,enhancing organization responsibility,ensuring effective implementation;doing well in supervising and filing;improving evaluation system.
