浅析生长学员政工课程学习能力培养存在的问题与对策

摘要

近年来,我校政工课程为培养边防部队基层一线优秀政工人才,在不断创新教育教学方法探索实践中,着力提升生长学员思想政治素质,并结合公安边防部队实际,强化学员做基层政治工作的能力,可以说在教学领域中取得了丰硕的成果。但是,在教学实践过程中,需要认清在培养生长学员政工课程学习能力方面存在的一些问题,从而对症下药,采取有针对性的措施。%In recent years,to cultivate first-line excellent political work talents for frontier defense,our school is continuingly innovating and explores teaching methods and improving students' ideological and political quality.In teaching field,we have achieved great success.But in teaching practice,we should realize the problems in cultivating students' learning ability of political work course,so as to find out the proper remedy.
