高职教育人才培养模式若干问题研究

摘要

As the constant change of the main structure of China's education, higher vocational education in our country has achieved deep promotion and development. The comprehensive talent training system possessed by the talent training model of higher vocational education itself is also an important means of China's scientific and technological development and economic upgrading. Based on an in-depth investigation on the problems existing in the talent training model of higher vocational educa-tion, corresponding measures are proposed to optimize the talent cultivation model of higher vocational education, aiming to bring positive guiding significance to the talent training model of higher vocational education.%随着我国教育主体结构的不断变革，高职教育在我国已经得到了深度的推广与发展。高职教育人才培养模式本身拥有的综合人才培养系统，也是我国科技发展、经济升级的重要手段。本文通过对高职教育人才培养模式中存在的诸多问题进行深入的探究，有针对性地提出了优化高职教育人才培养模式的相应措施，给高职教育人才培养模式若干问题研究带来了积极的指导意义。
