现代教育教学的发展离不开先进教育技术的支持，在城市中小学校教育技术已经深入了课堂并更好地为教学服务，而对广大农村中小学校一直以来由于硬件条件和软环境的制约，使得先进教育技术应用长期处于一个尴尬的地位。近年来国家加大对教育设施投入，校校通、班班通逐步完成，为现代教育技术能充分的应用搭建一个平台。本文针对农村中小学校特点，特别是在中西部地区农村学校硬件环境的逐步改善，“班班通”的搭建完善，阐述了农村中小学校“班班通”应用的基本理论与实践，让农村教育教学迈上一个新的台阶。%The development of modern education and teaching cannot leave the support of advanced education technologies, and in urban primary and secondary schools, education technologies has entered classes and been serving teaching, while education technologies have been facing a dilemma for a long time in rural primary and secondary schools due to the limitations of hardware conditions and soft environment. In recent years, our country has been increasing investment in education facilities, and the com-plete of school-to-school and class-to-class has established a platform for the full application of modern education technologies. In accordance with the characteristics of rural primary and sec-ondary schools, as well as the gradual improvement of hardware environment in rural schools of middle and western areas and the complete of"class-to-class"establishment, the basic theory and practice of"class-to-class"application in rural primary and sec-ondary schools are interpreted, aiming to make rural education begin a new stage.
