Criticism is one kind of ideological and political edu-cation way to promote university and college students to know and correct their mistakes, but criticism possesses the negative fea-ture, which requires counselors master the art of criticism. This paper puts forward some methods of the art of criticism.%批评是促进同学认识错误改正错误的一种思想政治教育的方式，但是批评具有否定性，需要辅导员掌握批评的艺术。本文具体提出了批评艺术的一些方法。
