多元文化背景下同伴群体对于青少年核心价值观形成的影响研究

摘要

Multicultural society whose multiculture serves as the symbol of the one's opening, democracy and advancing. The most significant influence to the formation and development of the young's core value in a multicultural society is the cohabitant of them in peer group. This article study the institutionalizing fun-dament of peer group and characterizes; then explore the inner logical relationship between cultural and value diversification;fi-nally, reveal the mechanism of influences from peer group to the young, thus enables the utilization of the optimal influences to guide the young to form a righteous value.%多元文化是开放、民主、进步的社会产物，文化的核心是价值观，多元文化必然导致价值观的多元化。同伴群体以其成员较高的忠诚感、较强的内聚力以及较丰富的亚文化等特征，对青少年核心价值观的形成与发展产生着重要的影响。本文首先论述了同伴群体的形成基础及其自身特点，其次分析了多元文化与多元价值观的内在逻辑关系，最后重点讨论在当今多元文化背景下，同伴群体对青少年核心价值观的形成产生了怎样的影响，以及如何发挥同伴群体的积极影响，促使青少年学生形成正确的价值观。
