英语听说能力作为飞行学员在国外航校初始飞行训练及生活的工具，其能力的培养和形成，已不能完全依赖和延续传统教学观念和教学方法。随着CDIO工程教育模式的引入和推广，为飞行英语ESL课程改革提供了依据和新的思路。本文拟从民航飞行员培养的实际需求出发，通过对教学实践的反思，在CDIO工程教育模式理论指导下，摸索一条飞行英语ESL系列课程教学的新路。%Flight technology college of CAUC is set as one of the 8 institutes for student pilots' cultivation domestically. Flight Eng-lish ESL serial courses are delivered as compulsory subjects, for oral and listening competence instruction, which is in face of un-precedented challenge and opportunity. Oral and listening capa-bility is trained for further learning and future work, namely, ini-tial flight training and flight operation. In order to cope with flight practice, traditional teaching method which can't meet actual re-quirements completely any more has to be reformed properly. In accordance with the introduction of CDIO, new concept and method has been brought to flight English ESL instructors and related courses which are required to be adjusted and improved for practice. This article is a probe to corresponding issues.
