高校青年教师队伍选拔及培养机制的制度文化研究

摘要

Teachers are the foundation of education, and young teachers serve as the key to teachers' team building. Young teachers are the strategic reserve of college teachers' team, and are known to playing the most important part for teaching con-struction. It is quite significant to make studies on young college teachers' team building in terms of institutional culture.%　　教育大计，教师为本，师资建设，青年为基。青年教师是大学教师队伍的战略后备队，加强高校青年教师队伍建设是师资队伍建设的重中之重。从制度文化研究角度对高校青年教师队伍建设机制进行探讨，具有重要意义。
