浅论民族高等教育人才培养的对策及建议

摘要

In our country, national higher education has become a major source of ethnic minority areas of personnel training. Social development of the ethnic minority areas proposed for higher ed-ucation, to expand the scale of personnel training, improve the subsidy policy, optimize the structure of talent training require-ments.%　　我国高等教育的人才培养模式已从“精英教育”向“大众教育”转变，民族高等教育正在逐步成为当前民族地区人才队伍培养的基础渠道。扩大民族高等教育人才培养规模，完善资助政策体系，优化学科专业与人才培养结构，是当前民族地区经济社会发展对民族高等教育提出的迫切要求。
