高职电气自动化高素质技能型人才培养方案的研究与实践

摘要

Higher vocational education should be aimed to culti-vate high-quality technical talents accurately oriented by job de-mands, with occupational abilities as the core. Besides, a profes-sional curriculum system integrating national occupation skill standard with sustainable professional development ability should be constructed, and the organic combination of theory and prac-tice should be emphasized.%高等职业教育应以培养高素质技能型人才为目的，以岗位需求为导向，以职业能力培养为核心，进行准确的专业定位，构建国家职业技能标准与专业可持续发展能力相融合的专业课程体系，注重理论与实践教学的有机结合。
