关键能力视角下对文科高职思想政治教育的思考

摘要

文科高职人才培养应把握住更注重对能力的培养这一中心要素，把思想政治教育贯穿于文科高职能力培养的全过程当中。关键能力是高职学生诸多能力培养的核心因素，因此，要以分析界定文科高职关键能力为突破口，以培养关键能力为载体来开展文科高职思想政治教育工作。%Liberal arts higher vocational talents training should seize the central element of laying more emphasis on ability cul-tivation, and infiltrate ideological and political education into the whole process of ability training. Key ability is the core factor in the cultivation of higher vocational students' various abilities, therefore, higher vocational ideological and political education of liberal arts should be implemented with the analysis and defini-tion of higher vocational key ability for liberal arts as the break-through, and the cultivation of key ability as the carrier.
