尊重儿童并赏识儿童--论陶行知的儿童教育思想及其现实意义

As an outstanding educator in modern China, Tao Xingzhi's educational thought was built on his firsthand experi-ence and realistic educational practice, and it is abundant, in-cluding many incisive expositions on child education. Throughout his entire thought of child education, it reflects his modern scien-tific insight of respecting children and appreciating children. On-ly by respecting and appreciating children will their individuali-ties not be erased and their creativity be brought into play. His thought is worth studying as it is of important implications for to-day's child education.%陶行知作为中国现代杰出的教育家，他的教育思想是建立在其亲身体验和现实的教育实践中的，并且非常丰富。他对儿童教育也有许多精辟的论述，纵观他整个儿童教育思想，均体现了他尊重儿童、赏识儿童的现代科学眼光，只有尊重儿童、赏识儿童，儿童的个性才不至于被抹杀，儿童的创造性才能得到发挥，他的这些思想对于今天进行儿童教育有重要的启示意义，并值得我们认真学习。
