小学教师队伍中的性别问题研究

     

摘要

合理的教师性别比例对学生的人格发展起到重要价值作用。不同性别的教师对学生的身心发展产生不同的教育效果,他们在教育教学方面各有其优势。过去十年间,中小学教师队伍一直朝着更为“女性化”的方向发展。引导教师性别结构功能正向化发展,不应仅成为人们关注的话题,也应体现在教育有关部门的实际行动中去。%A rational gender ratio of teachers plays an important role in students' personality development. Teachers of different genders will have different effect on students' physical and psy-chological development in education, but they have their own ad-vantages in education and teaching. Over the past decade, pri-mary and secondary school teacher group was much developing towards a"feminine"direction.To guide the positive development of teachers' gender structure and function should not only be a topic of attention, but also be reflected in the practical actions of relevant educational departments.
