机械加工专业校内生产性实训有效开展之对策

摘要

As an important component of the teaching content in vocational schools, productive training is the key to highlight ed-ucational characteristics and improve talent cultivation quality. Machinery processing major of Tianshui Agricultural School im-plements the on-campus productive training through measures such as the introduction of enterprise production tasks to the school, teachers' autonomous responsibility for on-campus odd jobs, the implementation of technical service facing the society, and further perfects it through the deep school-enterprise coop-eration and teachers' production labor.%生产性实训作为职业学校教学内容的重要组成部分，是突出办学特色、提升人才培养质量的关键所在。天水农业学校机械加工专业采用将企业的生产任务引入学校、教师主动承担校内零活、面向社会开展技术服务等做法开展校内生产性实训，并通过校企之间的深度合作、教师的创造性劳动进一步完善。
