中小学校教研组建设对策研究--以吉林市中小学教研组为例

Starting from the present situation of the construction of the teaching and research groups of the primary and secondary schools, this paper expounds the problems existing in the current construction of teaching groups of primary and secondary schools, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for the construction of teaching and research groups of primary and sec-ondary schools.%从中小学教研组建设的现状入手，阐述了现行中小学教研组建设存在的问题，进而提出了中小学教研组建设的对策。
